Submission Guidelines
Instructions for Authors
Educational Advances welcomes original research articles, systematic reviews, case studies, and theoretical papers that contribute to the advancement of educational knowledge and practice. All submissions must be original work that has not been published elsewhere and is not currently under consideration by another journal.

Page Charges and Fees
Educational Advances is committed to open access publishing. To support the costs of peer review, editorial processing, and online hosting, the following fees apply:

Fee Waivers
Authors from low-income countries may apply for a fee waiver. Graduate students and early-career researchers may apply for a 50% discount on the APC. Please contact the editorial office for more information.
Manuscript Preparation
General Requirements
- Manuscripts must be written in English
- Submit in Microsoft Word (.doc or .docx) format
- Use 12-point Times New Roman font
- Double-space throughout the manuscript
- Include page numbers
- Margins should be 1 inch (2.54 cm) on all sides
- Maximum length: 8,000 words (excluding references and appendices)

- Title Page
- Article title (maximum 20 words)
- All authors' names and affiliations
- Corresponding author's contact information (email, phone, address)
- Word count
- Funding information (if applicable)
- Abstract
- 150-250 words
- Structured format: Background, Methods, Results, Conclusions
- No references or abbreviations
- Keywords
- 4-6 keywords
- Alphabetically ordered
- Use terms from established educational thesauri when possible
- Main Text
- Introduction
- Literature Review
- Methodology
- Results
- Discussion
- Conclusions
- Implications for Practice
- References
- Follow APA 7th edition style
- All references must be cited in the text
- DOIs should be included where available
Submission Process
Initial Submission
- Prepare your manuscript according to the guidelines above
- Ensure all authors have approved the submission
- Prepare a cover letter explaining the significance of your work

Peer Review Process
Educational Advances uses a double-blind peer review process. The typical timeline is:
- Initial editorial screening: 1 week
- Peer review: 4-6 weeks
- Author revision: 2-4 weeks
- Final decision: 1-2 weeks
- Publication: 2-4 weeks after acceptance

All submissions must adhere to the highest standards of publication ethics. Authors must:
- Ensure originality and proper citation of all sources
- Disclose any conflicts of interest
- Obtain appropriate ethical approvals for research involving human subjects
